इन श्रेणियों से संबंधित एक उम्मीदवार जिसके पक्ष में पात्रता का प्रमाण पत्र भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी किया गया है में एक व्यक्ति को हो जाएगा। पात्रता का प्रमाण पत्र आवश्यक है, जिसके मामले में एक उम्मीदवार परीक्षा में भर्ती कराया जा सकता है, लेकिन नियुक्ति प्रस्ताव आवश्यक पात्रता प्रमाण पत्र भारत सरकार ने उसे / उसे जारी किया गया है के बाद ही दिया जाएगा।

आयु सीमा :

1/8/2015 तक 18-27 साल की उम्र । उम्मीदवार 1988/02/08 से पहले और 1997/01/08 के बाद में नहीं जन्मा हुआ ।

शैक्षिक योग्यता : 

• (2015/08/01 पर) के रूप में 12 वीं कक्षा या किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड या विश्वविद्यालय से समकक्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की है चाहिए। मंत्रालय मानव संसाधन विकास अधिसूचना संख्या 44 के अनुसार दिनांक 1995/01/03 1995/04/08 दिनांकित भारत संस्करण, मुक्त विश्वविद्यालयों / दूरस्थ शिक्षा मोड दूरस्थ शिक्षा परिषद, इग्नू द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त करने की आवश्यकता है के माध्यम से प्राप्त डिग्री के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया।
•  उम्मीदवारों प्रासंगिक योग्यता हासिल कर ली जब ऐसी डिग्री अवधि के लिए मान्यता दी गई थी, जब तक तदनुसार, वे शैक्षिक योग्यता के प्रयोजन के लिए स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। नहीं हासिल कर ली है, लेकिन शैक्षिक योग्यता हासिल करने और भी पात्र हो जाएगा समर्थन में तत्संबंधी के रूप में 2015/01/08 पर बोर्ड / विश्वविद्यालय से दस्तावेजी साक्ष्य हासिल करेंगे, जो उम्मीदवारों। टंकण परीक्षा / कौशल की परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए कहा जाता है, जो सभी उम्मीदवारों आदि मार्क शीट, अनंतिम प्रमाणपत्र, मूल रूप में इस तरह के विषयों में प्रासंगिक प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने की आवश्यकता होगी पर या 2015/01/08 ऐसा न करने से पहले न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता हासिल कर ली होने के सबूत के रूप में जो इस तरह के उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी आयोग द्वारा रद्द कर दिया जाएगा। 
• पात्रता परीक्षा के परिणाम पर या 2015/01/08 और वह यानी कटऑफ तारीख से पहले घोषित किया गया था कि दस्तावेजी साक्ष्य से साबित करने में सक्षम हैं जो उम्मीदवारों / वह घोषित पारित किया गया है, यह भी आवश्यक शैक्षिक योग्यता पर विचार किया जाएगा।

आवेदन शुल्क :
