Intelligence Bureau Online Recruitment 2016 for 209 Security Assistant (Motor Transport)

Intelligence Bureau (Ministry of Home Affairs) has released a recruitment notification for filling up 209 vacant posts of Security Assistant (Motor Transport). Eligible candidates can apply online from 16.07.2016 to 06.08.2016. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process are as follows.

Name of the Post : Security Assistant (Motor Transport)

Total No. of Vacancies : 209

Qualification

1. Matriculation or equivalent
2. Possession of valid driving license for motor cars (LMV) issued by the competent authority
3. Knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle)
4. Experience for driving a motor car for at least one year after obtaining valid driving license.

Age Limit

1. For General : Born not earlier than 07.08.1986 and not later than 06.08.1998.
2. For OBC : Born not earlier than 07.08.1983 and not later than 06.08.1998.
3. For SC/ ST : Born not earlier than 07.08.1981 and not later than 06.08.1998.
4. For Others : As per Govt. rules.

 

Selection Process : Selection to the posts shall be based on the performance in Skill Test (Driving and motor mechanism). 

 

Application Fees 

1. For General Candidates Rs.50/-.
2. All SC/ ST and female candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee.
