12 Schedules in Indian Constitution | भारत के संविधान की 12 अनुसूचियाँ

1. प्रथम अनुसूची : इसके अंतर्गत भारत के 28 राज्य तथा 7 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशो का उल्लेख किया गया है ।
2. दूसरी अनुसूची : इसमें भारतीय संघ के पदाधिकारियों को मिलने वाले वेतन, भत्ते तथा पेंशन का उल्लेख है ।
3. तीसरी अनुसूची : इसमें भारत के विभिन्न पदाधिकारियों की शपथ का उल्लेख है ।
4. चौथी अनुसूची : इसके अंतर्गत राज्यों का राज्यसभा में प्रतिनिधित्व का विवरण मिलता है ।
5. पाँचवी अनुसूची : इसमें अनुसूचित क्षेत्रों तथा अनुसूचित जनजाति के प्रशासन व नियंत्रण के बारे में उल्लेख मिलता है ।
6. छटवी अनुसूची : इसमें असम, मेघालय, त्रिपुरा और मिजोरम राज्यों के जनजाति क्षेत्रों के प्रशासन के बारे में उपबंध हैं ।
7. सातवी अनुसूची : इसके अंतर्गत केंद्र व राज्यों के बीच शक्तियों का बटवारा किया गया है । इस अनुसूची में 3 सूचियों है :
   
   • संघ सूची :  इसके अंतर्गत 98 विषय है । इन विषयों पर कानून बनाने का अधिकार केवल केंद्र को है ।
   • राज्य सूची :  इस सूची में 62 विषय है । जिन पर कानून बनाने का अधिकार केवल राज्य को है| लेकिन राष्ट्रहित से सम्बन्धित मामलो में केंद्र भी कानून बना सकता है ।
   • समवर्ती सूची :  इसके अंतर्गत 52 विषय है । इन पर केंद्र व राज्य दोनों कानून बना सकते है । परन्तु कानून के विषय समान होने पर केंद्र सरकार द्वारा बनाया गया कानून मान्य होता है । राज्य द्वारा बनाया गया कनून केंद्र द्वारा बनाने के बाद समाप्त हो जाता है ।
8.  आठवी अनुसूची : इसमें भारतीय संविधान द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त 22 भाषाओं का उल्लेख किया गया है| मूल संविधान में 14 मान्यता प्राप्त भाषाए थी| सन 2004 में चार नई भाषाए मैथली, संथाली, डोगरी और बोडो को इसमें शामिल किया गया । 
9. नौंवी अनुसूची : यह अनुसूची प्रथम संविधान संसोधन अधिनियम 1951 द्वारा जोड़ी गयी थी ।  इस अनुसूची में सम्मिलित विषयों को न्यायालय में चुनौती नहीं दी जा सकती ।  लेकिन यदि कोई विषय मौलिक अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करे तो उच्चतम न्यायालय इस कानून की समीक्षा कर सकता है ।  अभी तक नौंवी अनुसूची में 283 अधिनियम है, जिनमे राज्य सरकार द्वारा सम्पति अधिकरण का उल्लेख प्रमुख है ।
10. दसवी अनुसूची : इसे 52वें संविधान संशोधन अधिनियम 1985 द्वारा मूल संविधान में जोड़ा गया ।  इस अनुसूची में दल-बदल सम्बन्धित कानूनों का उल्लेख किया गया है ।
11. ग्यारहवी अनुसूची : यह अनुसूची 73वें संविधान संशोधन अधिनियम 1992 द्वारा मूल संविधान में जोड़ा गया । यह अनुसूची पंचायती राज से सम्बन्धित है, जिसमे पंचायती राज से सम्बन्धित 29 विषय है ।
12. बारहवी अनुसूची : यह अनुसूची 74वें संविधान संशोधन अधिनियम 1992 द्वारा मूल संविधान में जोड़ा गया ।  इसमें शहरी क्षेत्रों के स्थानीय स्वशासन संस्थानों से सम्बन्धित 18 विषय है ।

Today we will learn how to check divisibility of a number with shortcut method.


1. Divisibility by 2 : A number is divisible by 2 when the digits at ones place is 0,2,4,6,8.
e.g :- 3582,24...

2. Divisibility by 3 : A number is divisible by 3 only when the sum of its digits is divisible by 3.
e.g :- 453 = 4+5+3= 12, 12 is divisible by 3

3. Divisibility by 4 : A number is divisible by 4, if the number formed with its last two digits is divisible by 4. e.g 784936 is divisible by 4, since 36 is divisible by 4.

4. Divisibility by 5 : A number is divisible by 5 when the digits at ones place is 0 or 5. e.g 34970

5. Divisibility by 6 : A number is divisible by 6 , if it is divisible both by 2 and 3.
